Leadership Coaching

We help businesses achieve their goals by aligning the personal and professional objectives of team members with those of the organisation. This is achieved through individual and group sessions, action planning, and developing soft skills such as management and leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence—fostering growth and behavioural change for individuals and the organisation as a whole.

Leadership and management coaching

During these coaching sessions we will explore and establish:

  • Your business and personal goals and how they align
  • How to develop the capabilities of high-potential performers
  • Desired key skills and competencies, leadership styles and behaviours and how they affect your team’s morale, productivity, environment and loyalty
  • Individualised action plans and methods of goal achievement
  • The meaning and power of accountability
  • How the coach can provide on-going support for your personal development
  • Appropriate tools and techniques to assist in your goal achievement
  • An initial 30min discovery session is completed. To understand the goals and to ensure there is a good synergy. This meeting is held ideally face to face but if distance is an issue a phone or Zoom session can be arranged.
  • Moving forward and prior to commencement of the coaching partnership a coaching confidentiality contract is signed off.
  • We will meet twice a month (every fortnight) for 60minutes.
  • A summary of the session is sent to you after the session, clarifying the key discussion points and homework assignments for the next session.
  • The weeks where we are not meeting, a check-in will be completed. Should you need to talk to me during the month, this can be done via email, phone or text message, where applicable. In other words, don’t wait for a formal session to reach out for help.
  • Additional sessions can easily be booked if required
  • The monthly retainer is billed and payable at the beginning of each month.
  • Should you need to postpone a session, I’ll happily try to accommodate your request where possible. If postponing becomes regular, I’ll need to challenge your commitment to your coaching and your investment in your personal growth and development.
  • Individual sessions may run independently of the team coaching sessions or in conjunction with them

  • Onsite Delivery: Team sessions are facilitated face-to-face at your premises for convenience and engagement. However, online sessions can be faciliated if required.
  • Collaborative Focus: Sessions are conducted in private spaces, requiring full focus and participation from all team members.
  • Individual Growth: Team members are encouraged to attend both group sessions and individual coaching for maximum impact.
