I have been in two minds whether to share this particular article with you, as it is aimed more at business than individuals. However, after having a good think I realised that when they refer to “executives” or “managers” within the business environment they could easily be referring to individuals in their own personal capacity. Thinking about it, we are all executives or managers of our own lives and for many of us we are, by default, executives of our families, children, homes and spouse’s lives too. So in short, everyone qualifies.
This article talks about the four main wellsprings in human beings: the body, emotions, mind, and spirit. I like to key that into or associate it with the Wheel of Life exercise. The Wheel of self or energy has a nice ring to it. This article also offers a great exercise for you to complete, “Are you headed for an energy crisis?” together with suggestions of how to start balancing out your energy.
The entire article may not interest you, but the principles of actively changing things in your life to improve your wellbeing is incredibly sound within this article. This is something I truly believe in and strive everyday to actively incorporate into my life.
